We build multi-agent production systems for SaaS, ops, and platform teams. Two engagements only — Tier A and Tier B. Both end in a deploy, not a slide deck. Founded 2023, registered in Pakistan, working with teams across US and EU time zones.
Every engagement closes with running code in your infra or ours, a Loom walkthrough, and a runbook. No "phase 2 proposal" handshake.
Written SOW before any work begins. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Change requests get their own scoped SOW.
We work in your repo. IP transfers on final payment. We don't lock you into a "platform" you have to keep paying us for.
Push back during scoping — we welcome it. Once the SOW is signed and we're building, the only way back is a new system. That's not aggression. That's how we stay fast.
One founder, contractors on demand, no project managers between you and the engineer writing your code. Three engagements running concurrently, max.
Every engagement runs on the same four phases: Map, Build, Wire, Ship. Two-day discovery, then orchestration goes in first, then domain agents land on top of the spine, then production deploy with eval gating and a 30-day support tail.
Stateless before stateful. Deterministic before probabilistic. Every agent has a fail mode and a rollback path before it sees real traffic.
Daily async updates inside a shared channel. One weekly sync on camera. Weekly demo videos when there's something to show. No standups for the sake of standups.
We're based in Lahore but most of our clients aren't. The studio operates on overlapping US and EU business hours by default — you brief at the end of your day, the build moves overnight, code is on your desk the next morning.
Lahore is GMT+5. That's an 8 — 11 hour offset from US time zones and 4 — 5 hours from European. We've built the workflow around it. The founder bio goes deeper on why we work this way.
Hours-based work makes everyone slower. Fixed scope keeps the incentive on shipping, not on extending.
If we say a system takes 6 weeks, it takes 6 weeks. Padding scope to bill for the time is not how we operate.
If your workflow runs in Lindy or Relevance, hire them — they'll land you faster than we will. We'll tell you on the scope call.
The 30-min scope call is the discovery. By the end you'll know what we'd build, in what order, what it costs, and whether we're the right fit.
Wrapping an LLM in a chat box isn't a product. Multi-agent architecture with orchestration, memory, evals, and a real surface — that's what we build.
Compliance-attested deployments aren't our lane yet. We'll point you to studios that specialize in them.
