Quick questions. Most we hear before clients book.

Q.01

What should I prepare?

A rough description of the workflow, who runs it today, and what "good" looks like at the end. If you have data volumes, system names, or a timeline pressure, bring those. If you don't, that's fine — we'll figure it out on the call.

Q.02

Can we bring our engineer?

Bring them. Two engineers in a 30-min call usually beats two non-technical stakeholders in 60. We'll go deeper on stack and architecture if there's an engineer in the room.

Q.03

What if we're not ready to commit yet?

Then we won't ask you to. The 30 minutes are to figure out fit. If it's a "later," we'll say so and follow up when your timeline shifts.

What if we need a longer call?

Book the 30. If we need more, we'll schedule it on the spot.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed scope, fixed price, no hourly billing. A First Agent is $8K — 15K over 4 — 6 weeks; a Production System is $15K — 30K over 6 — 10 weeks. SOW signed before any work begins. 50% at SOW signing (non-refundable), 50% at production handoff. Change requests get their own SOW.

Is there a paid discovery phase?

No. This call is free and scopes the work. There is no paid discovery phase before signing. The first two days of Map are discovery, inside the fixed price.

Q.07

Do you do NDAs?

Yes — mutual NDA before the call if you need it. Send yours or use ours. We sign before anything sensitive gets discussed.
