- Tier A: Production agentic systems. $15K — 30K. 6 — 10 weeks. Three SKUs (Workflow / Platform / Custom Enterprise).
- Tier B: Agentic MVPs. $8K — 15K. 4 — 6 weeks. Three SKUs (AI Feature Add-on / Agentic MVP / Custom).

## Engagement model

Fixed scope, fixed price. No hourly billing. SOW signed before any work begins. 50/50 payment terms. IP transfers on final payment. Owned codebase. Every change ends in a deploy — see /writing/we-end-in-a-deploy.

## Voice

Corporate "we" everywhere except the /founder bio paragraphs, where Hassan speaks in "I". The studio is small on purpose — every engagement involves contractors, but engineering lead is always Hassan.
